GCS Software's Web Portal allows your office to offer property tax, document recording and permit information to the public via the Internet. This systems ease of use allows anyone with access to the internet the ability to look up land records information from their home computer. Optional modules allow users to pay their property taxes online, view GIS maps and document images.

Product Description

  • The full-featured administrative tool allows you to determine what data (Parcel, Permit and Document data) you wish to present online and how users will be able to search for that data.
  • Once a record has been selected, access to related parcel, tax, assessment, permit and/ document information is available.
  • Users can print PDF reports directly from the Web Portal.
  • Because the Web Portal runs from your office, the information presented is never out-of-date.
  • Unpaid parcels are highlighted in a list for easy identification.
  • Remote administration tool makes it easy to administrate the web portal.
    • Set the access level (public access or access with a username/password).
    • Group-based security allows you to create a number of different access levels.
    • Specify what modules will be made available, and what data within those modules will be displayed.
    • Specify what search criteria will be made available.
