Web Portal: Property Summery Report

The property summery report gives the user an organized report of all the property information.


The first section of this article will explain how to navigate to the property summery report page.

Step One:

Once logged into the web portal the first page the user will see is the property search page. Search and select the property the user wishes to view a property summery report for.

Step Two:

Click property summery report button near the bottom of the search result page. Below, figure one will will demonstrate this step.

  1. Parcel Number
    • The parcel number of the property will be displayed here.
  2. Alternate Parcel Number
    • The alternate parcel number of the property will be displayed here.
  3. Parcel Status
    • The parcel status of the property will be displayed here.
  4. Creation Date
    • The date the parcel was created will be displayed here.
  5. Historical Date
    • The historical date (if any) will be displayed here.
  6. Acres
    • The number of acres the parcel is will be displayed here.
  7. Primary
    • This box will be marked if the address corresponding to it is the primary address.
  8. Address
    • The address of the property will be displayed here.
  9. Owner Names
    • The owner names will be displayed here.
  10. Status
    • The status’s of the owners will be displayed here.
  11. Interest
    • The interest percent of each owner will be displayed here.
  12. Parent Parcels
    • Any parent parcels will be displayed here.
  13. Child Parcels
    • Any child parcels will be displayed here.
  14. Legal Description
    • The legal description of the property will be displayed here.

  1. Primary
    • This box will be marked if the address corresponding to it is the primary address.
  2. Section
    • The section the property is located in will be displayed here.
  3. Town
    • The town the property is located in will be displayed here.
  4. Range
    • The range the property is located in will be displayed here.
  5. Quarter 40
    1. The quarter 40 the property is located in will be displayed here.
  6. Quarter 100
    • The quarter 100 the property is located in will be displayed here.
  7. Government Lot
    • The government lot the property is located in will be displayed here.
  8. Block
    • The block the property is located in will be displayed here.
  9. Lot Type
    • The lot type of the property will be displayed here.

    • An assessment summery created by an assessor will be displayed here.

    • The Assessed class will be separated by year and will be displayed here.
  18. Assessed Acres
    • The assessed acres will be separated by year and will be displayed here.
  19. Assessed Land
    • The assessed land will be separated by year and will be displayed here.
  20. Assessed Improvements
    • The assessed improvements will be separated by year and will be displayed here.
  21. Assessed total
    • The assessed total value of the property will be separated by year and will be displayed here.
