Web Portal: Property Search Results

Search Results can often look complicated and become overwhelming when the user is looking for specific information on a parcel. The following article series will take the user step by step explaining each part of the search page making it easier to navigate than ever.


Once logged into the web portal the first page the user will see is the property search page. Search and select the property the user wishes to view results for.

  1. Tax Year
    • Select the tax year the user would like to view the property information from.
  2. Property Type
    • The property type (Personal Property or Real Estate) will be displayed here.
  3. Parcel Number
    • The Property’s parcel number will be displayed here.
  4. Municipality
    • The name of the municipality that the property is located in will be displayed here.
  5. Property Address
    • The address of the property will be displayed here.
  6. Billing Address
    • The billing address of the property will be displayed here
  7. Tax year legend
    • A key for the table will be displayed here

  1. Parcel Number
    • The parcel number of the property will be displayed here.
  2. Alternate Parcel Number
    • The alternate parcel number of the property will be displayed here.
  3. Parcel Status
    • ?
  4. Creation Date
    • The creation date of the property will be displayed here.
  5. Historical Date
    • ?
  6. Acres
    • The total acres the property takes up is displayed here.

    • The Address of the property will be displayed in the property address section shown above.

  1. Name
    • The Name of the owner of the property will be displayed here.
  2. Status
    • The status of the owner will be displayed here. Possible statuses will be displayed below:

  1. Parent Parcels
    • A parent parcel is an older parcel out of which the current parcel has been created, such as a large parcel that was subdivided or one of a number of parcels that were joined to create a new parcel.
    • Parent parcels will be displayed here.
  2. Workflow History and Messages (WHAM)
    • Any public WHAM messages will be displayed here.
  3. Child Parcels
    • Child parcels are created from parent parcels.
    • Child parcels will be displayed here.
  4. Legal Description
    1. The legal description of the property will be displayed here.

    • If the property is the primary residence of the owner this box will be marked.
  2. Section
    • The section number of the property will be displayed here.
  3. Town
    • The town number of the property will be displayed here.
  4. Range
    • The range of the property will be displayed here.
  5. Quarter 40
    • Quarter 40 information will be displayed here.
  6. Quarter 160
    • Quarter 160 information will be displayed here.
  7. Government Lot
    • Government Lot information will be displayed here.
  8. Block
    • Block information will be displayed here.
  9. Lot Type
    • The type of lot will be displayed here.
  10. Lot
    • Lot information will be displayed here.
  11. Plat
    • Plat information will be displayed here

  1. Code
    • The code for the taxation district will be displayed here.
  2. Description
    • The name of the taxation district will be displayed here.
  3. Category
    • The category of the taxation district will be displayed here.

    • The type of property (real estate or personal property) will be displayed here.
  2. Owner
    • The name of the owner of the property will be displayed here.
  3. Status
    • The status of the owner will be displayed here. Possible statuses are : current owner, co-owner, and former owner.
  4. Parcel Number
    • The parcel number of the property will be displayed here.
  5. Property Address
    • The Address of the property will be displayed here.
  6. Municipality
    • The name of the municipality that the property is located in will be displayed here.
